CELEBRATE ANNIE OAKLEY'S 150TH BIRTHDAY WITH FREE WILD WEST FESTIVAL AUG. 6-8!

The first-ever Annie Oakley Wild West Festival happens August 7 and 8 on the Choptank River waterfront in Cambridge, Maryland. Admission is FREE to this family-friendly event. Live music by the Oklahoma Twisters, Cowboy Country, Arty Hill & the Long Gone Daddy's, Liz Masterson, Red Jones and Wayne Werner, Cowboy Country, and more. Cowboy dance performance. Plus, cowboys and cowgirls, beer and wine garden, re-enactments (including Annie Oakley re-enactor Mary Handley, shown here; photo courtesy of Dorchester Tourism), arts and crafts, old-fashioned buggy rides, pony rides, canoe rides, Native American area, great food (including buffalo burgers, oyster fritters, and Native American fry bread), and much more!
